Address11555 K-Tel DriveMinnetonka, MN 55343 Contact About Maurice Maurice Buchanan, originally from Louisville, Kentucky, is a proud graduate of Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota and has a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. With 13 years of experience as a personal fitness trainer, this former Gopher Football player has worked to bring fitness and support to people of all abilities and skill levels. Maurice has worked with professional athletes as an operations intern with the Minnesota Vikings during the 2006 NFL draft, collegiate athletes, cancer survivors, expecting mothers, children, and adults with physical disabilities. Maurice is extremely passionate about physical health, education and helping clients meet their goals for weight loss, mobility, and strength. Away from the gym, Maurice enjoys speaking about entrepreneurship and the importance of physical health. Daleco James is originally from Chicago, Illinois and has a Masters in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. By starting boxing at the age of 12, the passion for the sport was evident. With 15 years of experience as a fitness trainer, boxing coach and striking coach for both boxers and MMA fighters, he brings a breadth and depth of knowledge in strength, conditioning, and weight loss to his clients. Outside of the ring, he has been an elite gymnastics coach and stunt man with team OpenAir. Daleco not only focuses on overall physical fitness, but he also has vast experience in rehabilitation as well as experience working with clients of varying physical capabilities and persons with developmental disabilities. Together they have created one of the most unique health and wellness gyms in the twin cities for kids, families, and aspiring young athletes.
