An expression of the power of the Pinot varieties of the Montagne de Reims, elevated by the Coteaux Champenois. The Rosé is assembled from 45% Pinot Meunier, 45% Pinot Noir, and a remarkable 10% Coteaux Champenois red wine, aged 18 months in oak barrels, which gives this champagne its distinctive depth, colour and complexity. Assembly from 70% current harvest and 30% reserve wines. Aged minimum 18 months in chalk cellars. Tasting notes: Old pink colour with fine bubbles. On the nose: fine and elegant, a champagne of finesse rather than weight, with red fruit notes framed by the subtle oak of the Coteaux Champenois. On the palate: fresh, lively and precise, with a long and convivial finish. Food pairing: Beautiful as a summer aperitif or at convivial gatherings. A natural match with chocolate desserts and red fruit-based pastries.
