The conical bottom directs honey to the bottom outlet for complete dr ainage, with the option to add a nylon honey gate (sold separately). Constructed from 304 food grade stainless steel, it offers long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. Add the optional Leg Kit (sold separately) to provide the perfect clearance for a 5-gallon pail beneath the extractor. Looking to expand? Every 3100 Hand Crank model can be upgraded with the 3100 Power Conversion Kit (sold separately), and the basket can be upgraded to a 9-frame radial basket as your operation grows.
