MAXI-CURE™ has proven to be very popular in the archery business for the fletching of vanes onto aluminum and carbon arrow shafts. Along with being the strongest, MAXI-CURE™ is usually the least expensive option for this application. Bob Smith Industries Maxi-Cure super glue is a thick gel cyanoacrlate based adhesive. The Maxi-Cure super glue is great for gluing small to large frags. The extra thick viscosity helps hold frags in position until the glue has set completely and can bridge small gaps where standard super glue would run down the surfaces. Maxi-Cure™ extra thick CA is the best CA for most plastics. MAXI-CURE™ also bonds fiberglass, hardwood, metal and rubber better than any other hobby adhesive. For gluing to the inside, clothtextured surface of fiberglass, scrape the area to be bonded with a razor blade or coarse sandpaper before using MAXI-CURE™ or any other adhesive. Available Sizes: BSI-111: 1/2 oz (14.2 g)BSI-112: 1 oz. (28.4 g)BSI-113: 2 oz. (56.8 g) Directions For Use: Unscrew top from nozzle. For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Maxi-Cure™ CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly to- gether for 10-20 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading of the adhesive. Insta-Set™ accelerator can be sprayed to cure the CA that oozes from joints. Full strength is reached in three hours. Wipe the nozzle clean before replacing screw-on top. Refrigerate to extend shelf life. Cured CA is stable from -40 to 220° F. Soak extender tip in acetone for cleaning.
