Contact Maxxon Corporation for more information Do not clean the concrete substrate/subfloor with oil-based or silicone-based sweeping compounds. These compounds leave a film on the subfloor surface, interfering with bond development. Instead, use a vacuum with a HEPA filter to clean the concrete substrate/subfloor For slabs containing petroleum-based products, the slab should first be thoroughly cleaned with Maxxon Commercial Profile Existing tiles must be securely attached and completely bonded . Maxxon Commercial Isolate cannot go over latex or water-soluble adhesive, such as a pressure-sensitive adhesive For below-grade applications, you must mitigate before installation of Maxxon Commercial Isolate. Maxxon Commercial Isolate is not approved for use over creosote Wait until the first coat is completely dry before applying a second coat. Wet-on-wet applications must be avoided. Only leave mixed Maxxon Commercial Isolate in the pail for 10 minutes without reconstituting settled fillers. Use the mixer blade for 15 seconds to reconstitute any settled fillers back into the mixture Do not remix more than once as the material can react in the container and see a temperature rise to 180 °F Cracks greater than or equal to 1/8" (3 mm) must be filled before Maxxon Commercial Isolate installation The product does not mitigate issues related to hydrostatic pressure
