These compounds leave a film on the subfloor surface, interfering with bond development. Instead, use a vacuum with a HEPA filter to clean the concrete substrate/subfloor For slabs containing petroleum-based products, the slab should first be thoroughly cleaned with Maxxon Commercial Profile Existing tiles must be securely attached and completely bonded . Maxxon Commercial Isolate cannot go over latex or water-soluble adhesive, such as a pressure-sensitive adhesive For below-grade applications, you must mitigate before installation of Maxxon Commercial Isolate. Maxxon Commercial Isolate is not approved for use over creosote Wait until the first coat is completely dry before applying a second coat. Wet-on-wet applications must be avoided. Only leave mixed Maxxon Commercial Isolate in the pail for 10 minutes without reconstituting settled fillers.
