Stem plant, so stick into your subs trate and it will sprout roots. Trim and re-plant to grow more stems. Mayaca is a very soft and fast-growing plant which gives it a very soft visual feel. It will require regular trimming, which can then be re-planted to grow a denser bush. It tends to grow a pale colour when lacking iron. Trimmings do not come with roots, however aquatic plants melt their roots when introduced into new substrates and it is in-fact recommended to trim roots before planting them.
