If you are the original purchaser of an email tune or freek ots map, and have added BASIC mods, this is the tune for you. If you have added major mods like upgrading to a different turbo setup, , or built motor etc, those will require a full tune purchase. If you are not the original purchaser of a tune, you must purchase the appropriate email tune for your mods If you have more than one tune that needs to be touched up due to adding mods (93 tune and e85 tune etc) you will need to purchase a touch up tune for each tune that we will be working on. Once the tune has been purchased, please respond to the order confirmation email and include all you vehicle info, year/model of car, accessport serial number, full mod list, octane fuel you are using, power goals, and also mention any concerns or questions you may have. Base map files are typically sent out within 2-3 business days after email is received Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on how to start the tuning process. Keep all of the above in mind when sending your tune request email. Once we receive your tune request and send you a tune file there will be no option to cancel or get a refund
