The Robur S Electronic is a high performance espresso grinder in the Mazzer S line. With 71mm conical burrs it boasts an average grinding speed of 1s/6g @60Hz. Robur S produces con sistent dosing, uniform coffee grounds, low retention and is suited for cafés that deal with large daily volume and work loads. The electronic version features a touch display with three programmable buttons for different dose amounts, and a fourth manual button for precise fine tuning of the dose.
