A translucent brown that pools beautifully. Varies from caramel to deep chestnut depending on the thickness. Frank's Colored Celadons are a beautiful series of translucent glazes. Because they can be seen through, they are perfect for work with fine details or carving, or as an alternative to clear for ware with underglaze.
