A Cask Exclusive single barrel, McCarthy’s 6-year Oregon Single Malt. This single barrel was bottled at cask strength, made from 100% peated malt barley from Port Ellen. All six ye ars were spent in garryana oak. The oak itself was air dried for three years previous to its use as a barrel. The whiskey was distilled on a single distillation pass, non-chill filtered and bottled at Clear Creek Distillery in Hood River, Oregon. Show more
