The McDonnell Douglas T-45 Goshawk is a tandem-seat, carrier-capable, jet trainer aircraft used by the United States Navy and Marine Corps to train pilots for carrier aviation and tactical strike missions. The T-45 is a modified version of the British Aerospace Hawk Mk. 60, redesigned for carrier operations. The original T-45A had an analog cockpit, while the T-45C is an upgraded version with a digital "glass cockpit"; all T-45As have been converted to the T-45C standard. A proposed land-based T-45B was not developed. A total of 221 T-45 Goshawk aircraft were built. These aircraft were produced in both T-45A (analog) and T-45C (digital cockpit) variants, with all A models eventually upgraded to the C standard. The production of the T-45 Goshawk spanned from 1988 to 2009. ABOUT OUR MCDONNELL DOUGLAS T-45 GOSHAWK DRINKWEAR CERAMIC MUG: The perfect cup for all hot and cold drinks.
