Vouchers cannot be combined for a single item. Vouchers can be used on any piece of jewelry (webshop, offline, custom design). Reparations and other services are excluded. Vouchers are valid for three years after purchase. Voucher cannot be used for deposits (aanbetalingen). For orders with a deposit, such as custom designs, the voucher applies on the final invoice. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Vouchers are intended for B2C sales. Any B2B services (such as zetwerk) are excluded. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining credit after a purchase with a voucher can be used later. The original expiration date remains. If a product for which a voucher was used is returned, you receive the voucher back, keeping the original expiration date.
