We'll schedule a 30 - minute Zoom consultation to understand your needs and struggles + structured list of resources and recipes to help you recreate your favorites for a week's worth of meals. For an additional service and fee, we'll come to your home and organize your kitchen staples and fridge with P.S. & Co. to help you on your personal health journey. Each plan is customized to you. The cost of the entry service level is for our time + resource/recipes only. Does not include meals or pantry/fridge ingredients, which will be customized to you. After our consultation, you'll have the resources to source and meal prep on your own. Once we teach you how to maintain your kitchen, you'll have the knowledge and tools to maintain on your own (or always welcome to continue hiring us to restock your fridge/pantry weekly). If you would like the additional luxe service of having us restock your kitchen/pantry weekly or just as needed, we would be thrilled to organize and bring you the best of the best! All ingredients are additional, and travel time may incur an additional fee. This package is priced individually to your needs.
