Named after the Meandro, the oxbow bend in the Douro river around the Vale Meão estate, this wine is a fresh, attractive blend of Rabigato and Arinto. Its citrus and green-plum fru itiness and crisp acidity are refreshing and lightly textured. The wine is ready to drink. Big flavor and expressive fruit, this also has a fresh feel, reasonable concentration and a beautiful, long finish.
