Samosas are traditionally a snack that are made to use up leftover Keema (mince lamb with peas). They are prepared communally, normally for a special occasion. They are great for entertaining, as you can prepare the samosas in advance and refridgerate them, )or freeze them uncooked, and allow to thaw). Once your guests arrive, you can quickly fry them and serve them straight away. Each sachets serves 4 people. Method instructions come through via email, after purchase. Available singly, or as packs of 2 & 4, so that you always have them to hand! Nothing artificial and made by us for you. Ingredients: wheat flour (contains gluten), cumin, coriander, pepper, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, salt. We grind all our spices from whole and so there are no anti-caking agents or fillers in our mixes. There are wheat based ingredients in the mix. There are no dairy based ingredients in the mix. Dairy based ingredients are not required for the fresh ingredients. Please note that whilst there is no dairy in this product, we are not a dairy-free environment.
