The first video is a front view of 3 different forehand groundballs with throw, 3 backhand groundballs with throw, and 3 slow rollers with throw. The first video from the front should contain 9 total groundballs. Please do not separate them into 9 individual files. The second video should have the same template of 3 forehand, backhand and slow rollers all with throw, but this time from the sideview. The third and final video should also be the same 9 videos but filmed from behind (similar to the one shown in the video). Also, be sure the full throwing motion is in frame!
