TERMS & CONDITIONS This license constitutes my permission to you, on a non-exclusive basis, to arrange the above-mentioned copyrighted musical composition. The Arrangement is not to be distributed and/or sold for any reason. You have my permission to make enough copies of the various parts to satisfy your instrumentation. The resulting arrangement shall be made at your own expense, and such shall be deemed to be a “Work Made for Hire”, as such term is used in the United States Copyright Law, and all copyrights therein and all renewals, extensions and revisions thereof throughout the World shall be owned by the copyright owner of the underlying composition, subject to your sole use under this agreement.
