It is excellent for headaches and migraines, the reduction of swelling and muscle fatigue. USAGE:Heat in Microwave for 1 minute going up by 20 second intervals until desired heat is reached. Place onto dry clean surface only. Replace wheat pack every 12 months or if contaminated or has become wheat replace immediately.
