Tabards were sleeveless outer layers worn over armour to help identify the wearer on the battlefield. Worn by soldiers of all ranks, they’re especially well-suited to early-medieva l knight or crusader impressions. This tabard is made from black 100% heavy cotton canvas, which is heavier and more durable than regular cotton. The front slit allows for easier movement, especially when horse riding. Wear it plain or customise it with your own heraldry to make it truly yours. Perfect for reenactment, LARP, SCA events or medieval-themed weddings and costume gatherings.
