Much like our candles, The Candle Apothecary soap is lovingly made by hand in small batches using the traditional cold process method, then cured for a minimum of six weeks. Cold process soap is amazing for sensitive skin types, due in part to the large amount of oils and butters in each bar. Moisturising glycerin is also naturally produced within the soap during the saponification process. The Mediterranean Leather body bar is a great 'general use' soap and with our Mediterranean Leather scent it'll leave you clean and smelling great too. The scents we settled on was also a conscious decision to make sure any combination of the 3 paired well with each other so you don't need to worry about sent clashes.
