10.5 X 6.5 As an artist my work has been heavily influenced by nature and animals. Growing up among the bayous of south Louisiana gave me a love of the outdoors and the beauty that can be found all around when we open our eyes. I try to replicate this beauty in my drawings and paintings. Capturing the natural elements and using bold colors to create compositions of nature in motion. Flowers, animals and insects. The colorful compositions I create are my way of bringing a little joy to everyone’s heart. I currently reside in Decatur, Texas where my studio windows look out on flat Texas landscape with deer and beautiful birds visiting daily. My husband and I have four dogs that give us great joy. We are blessed to spend our spare time in Sea Isle, Texas walking along the beach, fishing and soaking up the beauty of our surroundings.
