Medium cross is made if Alabama clay and measures approximately 4 1/2" wide x 6" high and 1/4" thick. Each piece of work is formed by the artist from the Alabama clay that is shape d into unique handmade art that is as varied as the clay it came from. Coloring of off-white and orange brown swirls distinguish each piece from the other. These are the works of Karen Stewart, daughter of Carl Stephens, who originally founded Carl’s Clays.
