"Hello from the Mountains of the Moon. My name is Yosinta. Tending to these coffee trees on the steep slopes of our mountain is hard work, but processing it ourselves makes it wort h it. For this lot, we roasted it just a bit longer. The result is my personal favorite: the fresh strawberry notes of our SL cherries deepen into rich dried fruit, melting perfectly into comforting milk chocolate and caramel.
