The Medium model is the smallest of the oval shapes and has a cross-section of 3/4"x 7/8" (20x24mm). It offers a larger surface to grip than the Light model with a slightly larger surface and grip contact. The Medium model weighs in at 470 grams in 24" (540) and 490 grams in 25" (559).
