Inoculate Clean injection port with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Inject 5–10 mL of liquid culture or spore syringe. Gently shake to distribute. 2. Colonize Store at 70–75°F in a clean, dark space. Once 20–30% colonized, gently mix (optional) to speed growth. Allow 10–18 days for full colonization. 3. Combine Mix colonized grain with the 5 lb CVG substrate. Combine inside a monotub or directly in the bag for bag fruiting. Level the surface gently. 4. Incubate Maintain 70–75°F in indirect light. Allow 5–10 days for full substrate colonization. 5.
