This organic bean from Cafe Cooperativa Timor has been in and out of our rotation for a year or so, and we can’t get enough of it! This year’s harvest has some incredible notes of rich chocolate, forest floor, vanilla, and maraschino cherry syrup. It’s a massive cup of coffee in terms of both palette and mouthfeel, and remains pretty consistently an MCC staff favorite for both hot and iced.
