We ship anywhere in the lower 48 states with a physical street address. Do you deliver to my location? We deliver roasters to physical addresses in the lower 48. We can't ship to PO Boxes, and we don't currently ship roasters to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses — reach out and we'll see what we can work out. Why is shipping so expensive? A roaster is heavy — about 22 pounds plus the box and a 5-foot propane hose — so it ships at a freight rate, not a small-package rate. We pass through the carrier's actual cost; we don't mark shipping up. Why is the shipping cost different from last time? Carrier rates change a few times a year, and the rate also depends on what's in the order. A roaster on its own ships at one rate; a roaster bundled with a chile order can ship at a different rate because of the combined weight and box count. Can I choose the delivery date? Not directly, but here's the timing: each roaster is custom-made, and right now the build is running 3–4 weeks before it ships, a little longer than our usual 2–3 weeks.
