How to Install Medium Wire OverEZ Chicken Coop Panels Step 1: Install Front and Back Panels Start with the front and back panels. The panel with the excess wire belongs at the front, directly underneath the nesting box. Position the panels on the outside against the chicken coop legs and braces, then fasten them securely using the pre-started screws. Step 2: Install Man Door Gable Panel Place and secure the man door gable panel into position. Step 3: Install Short Door Gable Panel Install the short chicken coop door gable panel so that it sits even with the back panel. Insert the two pre-started screws into the chicken coop legs. Bend the excess wire into an "L" shape—this will be used to tie the panels into the chicken run. Step 4: Connect to a Run (Optional) If you are attaching a chicken run to your coop, remove the bottom panel of the chicken run to open it up to the underside of the coop. Once the run is positioned, use wire ties to secure the L-shaped excess wire directly to the chicken run.
