Hand-made by medlar specialist Jane Steward from fruit grown at her orchard of 115 medlar trees in North Norfolk. Jane Steward founded Eastgate Larder in 2016 and is dedicated to r eviving the overlooked and forgotten medlar, Mespilus germanica. Medlar Jelly is a perfect accompaniment to cheese, hummus, pâté and charcuterie. It also makes a delicious addition to sauces.
