Let's kick off the summer with SummerFall! A new bubbly sake that is made to go anywhere you want to take it, SummerFall is a party in a can. A long time friend of Umami Mart, Takuma Inagawa + Brittany Klipper of SummerFall will be here to talk, pop, and serve these fun-in-the-sun cans for the event! Takuma, the creator of SummerFall hails from Paris. Inspired by California's ingredients and climate, he set out to make this sake that he deems "tastes better outside." He urges you to go take SummerFall with you on river days, beach outings, and picnics. These truly embody summer in a can with notes of raspberries, citrus, and cherry. We'll be pouring the flag ship can and offer a couple bright cocktail riffs incorporating this effervescent brew including a French 75 and Negroni Sbagliato! We'll also have chips + dip plus small bites to accompany the bubbles!
