Once a design is purchased, it will not be intentionally sold as a diamond painting kit to another customer. The Artwork You See Is the Artwork You Get Unlike our fully custom kits, there is no need to describe your vision or figure out what you want us to create. We’ve already done that part. Each listing features a finished piece of artwork that has been created specifically with the proportions and detail needed for one of our massive Mega Challenge canvases. If you love it, claim it. Once someone purchases that artwork, the design will be marked sold and retired from the collection. There are no duplicates planned. There are no dozens of customers working on the same image. Your Mega Challenge piece will be yours. Only One Customer Can Claim Each Design This is what makes this collection different. The artwork shown in this listing is not part of a mass-produced collection that we plan to sell over and over again. It is being offered to one customer. When you purchase it, YOU claim that design. After it is sold, we will retire it from our available Mega Challenge artwork and will not intentionally offer that same artwork as another diamond painting kit. That means when you share your Mega Challenge progress, you won't see dozens of people working on the exact same design. Once it's gone, it's gone. If you're looking at a design and thinking, “That's the one,” don't assume it will still be available later. Choose Your Enhancements Your Mega Challenge kit includes specialty enhancement drills, and you get to choose which enhancement styles you want included. Available enhancement options may include: AB drills Fairy dust drills Crystal drills Metallic drills Neon glitter drills Glow-in-the-dark accents A mixture of multiple enhancement styles Choose the enhancement option or combination you want when placing your order. We will then determine the best areas of the artwork to place those enhancements so they complement the design instead of overpowering it. Depending on the artwork, enhancement drills may be placed in areas such as: Eyes Jewelry Stars Flowers Wings Moonlight Water reflections Fire Magical effects Metallic objects Bright highlights Background details You may also leave us a note if there is a specific part of the artwork you would especially like highlighted. You choose the enhancement style. We choose the placement that will make the finished piece look its best. Enhancements are strategically placed in selected areas rather than covering the entire canvas. Our team will select the enhancement placement we believe will give the finished painting the biggest visual impact. Choose Round or Square Drills You can choose the drill shape you prefer. Round Drills Round drills are generally easier and faster to place and create a softer, highly sparkly finished appearance. They're a great choice if you want a more relaxing Mega Challenge experience. Square Drills Square drills fit closely together to create a sharper, fuller mosaic-style finish. They require a little more patience but are an excellent choice for large, highly detailed artwork. How It Works 1. Find the Artwork You Love Browse our available one-of-a-kind Mega Challenge designs. Each artwork has already been created specifically for the canvas dimensions shown in its listing. 2. Claim It If you find one you love, purchase it before another customer does. The first completed order claims the artwork. Once claimed, that design will be retired from our available collection. 3. Choose Round or Square Drills Select your preferred drill shape when ordering. 4. We Prepare Your Kit After your order is placed, the artwork is converted and prepared for diamond painting production. We will determine charting, drill colors, enhancement placement, and other production details needed to make the artwork shine as a completed diamond painting. 5. Your Kit Goes Into Production Your exclusive Mega Drill Challenge kit will then be produced, prepared, and shipped directly to you. Important Artwork Information The artwork shown in this listing is premade artwork. This is not a custom artwork listing. Because the design has already been completed, requests to substantially change the subject, characters, layout, colors, background, or overall composition are not included with this offer. If you want us to create artwork specifically around your own idea, please see our Custom Mega Drill Challenge options instead. Minor differences may occur between: The artwork displayed on your screen The printed canvas The diamond painting render The available drill colors The finished diamond painting Computer and phone screens display millions of colors, while diamond paintings recreate artwork using a limited palette of physical colored drills. Because of this, the finished piece will have a sparkling mosaic-style appearance rather than the perfectly smooth appearance of a digital image. One-of-a-Kind Design Policy When we say one-of-a-kind, we mean that we are offering the artwork shown in this listing as a Mega Challenge diamond painting kit to one customer only. Once purchased, we will retire the design and will not intentionally list or sell the same artwork as another diamond painting kit. Your purchase does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork unless specifically stated otherwise. It does mean that we will not intentionally sell another Mega Challenge diamond painting kit using that exact design. Processing Time Although the artwork has already been created, every physical kit is still produced specifically for the customer who claims it. Production includes: Diamond painting rendering and charting Canvas production Drill preparation Specialty enhancement selection Enhancement drill preparation Quality checks Packaging Shipment Estimated processing time is approximately 21–28 days after your order is placed, although we will always aim to complete your kit sooner when possible. Shipping time is separate and depends on your location and the shipping method available during checkout. Important Made-to-Order Policy Although the artwork is premade, the physical diamond painting kit is made specifically for you after you claim the design. Because production costs are incurred specifically for your order: Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Finished kits cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Artwork changes are not included with this listing. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible. Shipping is charged separately.
