The natural process typical of Brazil brings out the fruity flavours alongside a delicate bitterness to create a fabulously balanced and aromatic coffee with great mouth feel. MEGA is going to work really well as a home espresso or hop-top, or lengthened as flat white or cappuccino. This is a microlot coffee from a farmer who is obsessed about process, choosing to dry the beans on raised beds (which is more labour intensive) to maximise quality and taste.
