Production cadence: maximum 1,500 words per business day. Delivery time is confirmed only once the project summary is accepted (during business hours). How does it work? Once subscribed, you will receive a transaction confirmation email. A project manager will send you another email with your client platform login credentials and provide you with instructions to upload your first project. Once submitted, the project manager will review the request, confirm your word count usage, plan a delivery timeframe and send you the project summary for approval by email. Once the project summary is approved, work begins and the wordcount is consumed from your word bank. At the end of each subscription cycle, the remaining words in your bank are lost.
