MeisterSinger Perigraph This brand, which makes watches only, was founded in 2001 by Manfred Bressler in the German city of Münster. The founder's background is filled with excelle nt watch-related experience. He used to be a watch retailer, then, in 1989, he established the company Watch People with Klaus Botta. Bressler would later sell it, and the paths of the two founders have separated. Today, Botta is also making one-hand watches, but with a different design.
