Melanotan-1 (afamelanotide) is a synthetic linear analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (|¡§¡é-MSH) with the sequence Ac-Ser-Tyr-Ser-Nle-Glu-His-DPhe-Arg-Trp-Gly-Lys-Pro-V al-NH?.
