Deep ruby-red colour with delicate garnet reflections. The nose is complex and captivating, revealing layers of black cherry, ripe plum, and wild berries intertwined with elegant notes of black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and subtle oak spice. On the palate, the wine is rich, structured, and beautifully balanced, combining concentrated fruit with refined tannins and a distinctive mineral freshness. Powerful yet elegant, it unfolds gradually into a long, sophisticated finish marked by spice, dark fruit, and remarkable depth. Crafted exclusively from carefully selected Early Melnik grapes grown in the Struma Valley, this Reserve expresses the exceptional character of one of Bulgaria's most distinctive indigenous varieties. Following traditional fermentation, the wine matures for 24 months in large oak barrels, allowing it to develop complexity, harmony, and structure while preserving the purity of its fruit. The result is a refined and age-worthy wine that perfectly reflects the unique terroir and microclimate of the region.
