In the heart of Provence, where the sun ripens the fruit and the air is scented with herbs and blooming landscapes, this traditional marmalade is created using the old-fashioned me thod. Each batch is slowly cooked in small batches to preserve the fruit's natural sweetness, color and aroma, just as French marmalade makers have done for generations. Serve it on freshly toasted sourdough bread with butter, along with crème fraîche and fresh berries, or why not as an elegant topping for your breakfast dessert or cheese platter? It is just as suitable for the morning as for an afternoon snack - and of course makes a brilliant gift if you want to impress. Show more
