The Passage Bespoke Barrel Society is your exclusive invitation to a world of exceptional, handcrafted beers. As a member, you’ll gain access to our rare and artfully crafted Mixed Ferment Saisons, Spontaneously Fermented Saisons, and Method Traditional Spontaneous beers—each bottle a testament to time, tradition, and innovation. HOW IT WORKS: You will receive a monthly box consisting of 6x 750mL bottles. Each box will have two new beers a month. Three bottles of each flavour, one for drinking fresh and two extra for cellaring. Accompanying your beer will be two new pages to be added to your handmade logbook. Each card will dive into the beer details from barrel number to tasting notes with room provided for your own tasting notes. *These beers will only be available through the membership* 2025 members will have first access to the 2026 membership.
