This keepsake reminds you that your loved one's memory will always be with you. We can incorporate ashes, hair or small personal items into the bear. Once we have discussed the design I will send you an email confirming what we have discussed. You need to check this email and confirm you are happy to proceed. I will start working on your bear once I have received the ashes, hair and or personal items and you have confirmed in writing that you are happy with the final design. Your bear will take between 1 to 2 weeks to complete depending on the design we have agreed. If once I start working on your design I feel something needs to be changed I will contact you to discuss.
