Ingredients: Green tea, blueberry, ginkgo, rosemary Approximately 55mg of caffeine per cup for green tea base Approximately 3mg of caffeine per cup for decaf green tea base To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for 2-4 minutes.
