Custom Memory Moose How it works: 1. Select Fabric: Choose the items you want to be transformed into a moose. 2. Place Order: Order the number of moose you want and add ons- personalize your memory keepsake with machine embroidery on the foot. (If ordering more than five please email me first.) Memory keepsakes are non refundable. 3. Confirmation Email: Within 24 hours of placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions and an order form. 4. Creation: I will create the moose and notify you when they are ready. Any unused material will be returned to you. Moose measures 18” tall (13” when sitting) *Materials that can be used: shirts, onesies, swaddles, burp cloths, flannel, jeans, uniforms, slacks, dresses, thin blankets or sweatshirts. -Baby items: 8-10 pieces for one. (Depending if they are sleepers or onesies) -Child items: 6-10 pieces for one. -Adult items: one large long sleeve men's shirt or 2 large long sleeve female shirts for one. (If you don't have enough clothing items I can add coordinating fabric) Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. Care and safety information: Keepsake animals are not machine washable -gently surface clean with a damp cloth if necessary and air dry. Store out of direct sunlight to avoid fading fabrics. All keepsakes are stuffed using premium polyester stuffing and fitted with safety eyes and noses. Any buttons or removable accessories may present a choking hazard- keepsakes are NOT toys.
