A drive to Broken Hill transforms Laura and Gisele; dogged determination singes your eyebrows in The Bush Comes Back; Stick Together is a vulnerable, moving anthem Colin’s daughter’s asked him to sing at her wedding. Fellow storyteller Michael Waugh shares vocal duties on what could be called a bush psalm - Sing Me The Land. Shanley Del duets with Colin on In Busselton Today, a song Colin wrote about Shanley’s husband, WA-born James Gillard (whose backing vocals feature across the whole record.) Like a far flung village on the western plains, Colin Buchanan’s Memory Town has a quiet, powerful presence.
