Memory Wish – Original Watercolor Painting, 4 × 6 Memory Wish is an intuitive watercolor exploring the way organic forms can emerge through repetition, color, and mark-making. Loose floral shapes move across a field of translucent greens, yellows, coral, violet, and blue, surrounded by scattered dots and small fragments of color. The repeated forms suggest flowers without becoming literal representations, creating something that feels part garden, part memory. Painted in 2022, the work reflects an early exploration of the organic imagery and intuitive patterning that continues to appear throughout Emmy Spoon's work.
