For this Prosecco expression, production takes place in northeastern Italy's Veneto region using the traditional Charmat method — secondary fermentation occurs in pressurized stainless steel tanks, which preserves the wine's fresh fruit character and produces fine, persistent bubbles. The wine is made entirely from Glera grapes, the sole variety permitted under Italy's DOC Prosecco appellation, ensuring compliance with strict origin and production standards that govern everything from vineyard yield to winemaking technique.Tasting NotesAroma: White flowers and crisp summer pear lead the nose, followed by honeysuckle and a delicate vanilla-lemon custard sweetness. The bouquet is perfumed and inviting without verging on heavy or cloying.Taste: Bright green apple enters on the palate first, giving way to ripe peach and pear through the mid-palate. Lemon jellybean acidity and a whisper of honeysuckle keep the wine lively, while gentle effervescence carries the flavors evenly across the tongue.Finish: Clean and crisp with moderate length. Lingering white floral notes and a subtle lemon tone fade gracefully, leaving a dry, refreshing impression. How to Drink Menage a Trois ProseccoServe well chilled between 38–45°F in a flute or tulip glass to showcase the fine bead and concentrate the aromatics. This Prosecco also works as a reliable cocktail foundation. An Aperol Spritz benefits from the wine's green apple brightness, which balances the bittersweet orange of the aperitivo. A classic Bellini harmonizes naturally here — the Prosecco's peach and pear notes amplify the peach purée rather than competing with it. For a lighter warm-weather option, a Hugo Spritz pairs the wine's floral character with elderflower liqueur and fresh mint.Best For Weekend brunch entertaining where you need a crowd-friendly sparkler Summer patio sipping as a refreshing standalone pour Gifting a sparkling wine lover who appreciates Italian DOC authenticity Hosting cocktail hours built around Spritz-style drinks Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat does Menage a Trois Prosecco taste like?
