Mepore is an air-permeable, self-adhesive dressing designed for low to moderately exuding wounds. It features a skin-friendly, water-based polyacrylate adhesive that provides gentl e yet secure fixation, making it ideal for sensitive or delicate skin. The nonwoven, flexible fabric conforms easily to body contours and allows natural movement, while its porous structure supports breathability by allowing air and water vapour to pass through. Mepore’s non-absorbent backing also acts as a barrier to protect against strikethrough.
