The 2023 Merlot was handpicked on the 27th of March, fermented in open tanks, plunged three times a day until dry. Pressed and put into new and old French oak barrels for 10 months . Lighter colour, nose is subdued with fruity hints of plum and cherries. Gentle wine, with soft fine palate. Pleasing wine with smooth tannins and good balance. 25 cases produced. Show more
