Mermaid is a hand-painted hanging mobile by Swedish artist and illustrator Maja Sten. Made from Finnboard, this version features a mermaid character with blue hair, colourful geome tric details and a coral-coloured tail, bringing colour and movement to a space. Size: 210 × 410 mm Materials & making Each hanging mobile begins as an original Maja Sten drawing. The individual shapes are laser-cut from Finnboard and then hand-painted by Maja in her studio. Finnboard is a lightweight Finnish wood-pulp board made from natural wood fibres. It is acid-free, stable and 100% recyclable.
