The Mesa Due Round Table originates in drawings by Lella and Massimo Vignelli, two of the twentieth century's most disciplined design voices. Its name encodes its logic: two forms, a circle and a cone, brought into precise geometric dialogue. There is no ornament, only proportion. Poltrona Frau's realization of the Mesa concept preserves the formal rigor the Vignellis made their signature across five decades of practice. The cone base rises with quiet authority. The circular top extends the geometry outward, completing a composition that reads as clearly from across a room as it does up close.
