a bazooka screen (aka bazooka tube / boil screen) is a stainless-steel mesh tube you thread onto your kettle or mash-tun outlet to filter hops, trub and grain bits as you transfer wort. It’s a quick, cheap, rigid alternative to a false bottom or hop spider.
