Add a little shine and sparkle to your stitching with elegant metallic threads imported from Greece. These types of metallic thread are often used in Greece as an accent alongside regular DMC embroidery floss. Each hank has 24, one-yard lengths (I pre-cut them to prevent tangling). Six gorgeous colors: gold, gold/black, copper, copper/black, silver, and silver/black. Krista's note: 1 strand of metallic thread to equal 2 strands of DMC 6-strand embroidery floss. I've been stitching with this thread for a few months now and have found the solid colors need a little beeswax or thread conditioner, while the colors combined with black are the easiest to use.
